Qualifications

Completed studies as a business information technologist/computer scientist (HF or higher) or equivalent training
Experience in an IT service company or in a comparable function
Very good knowledge in the mentioned areas, certifications are desired
Motivating personality with the spirit to incorporate innovations profitably and solution-oriented into the company and with our customers
Careful and independent way of working
Transparent and direct communication within the team as well as with our customers
Very good German and English skills

Responsibilities

Primary responsibility and support of complete and complex customer infrastructures and services, including customer contact
Configuration and implementation of solutions for customers with a high degree of automation
Consulting, operation and further development of private and public cloud platforms in the technology areas of network, virtualization, backup, Microsoft server and clients, Microsoft Azure, Office365, antivirus, monitoring, security and much more.
Monitoring and maintenance of the systems, including participation in change, problem, and incident management (second level)
Continuous further development of the solutions based on the respective current Microsoft technologies
Maintenance of the respective documentation
Customer support and participation in projects
