System Engineer (w/m/d) Forensic Data Center & eDiscovery

Ihre Aufgaben

• You are responsible for the administration of various software products (e.g. eDiscovery software such as Relativity, Nuix, Blackout) and perform upgrades independently.
• You take over the follow-up of technical problems with the manufacturers of the software products used and control the onboarding of cloud solutions (Requirements Engineering, Infrastructure Integration).
• You work closely with the infrastructure administrators.
• You are the technical contact person for the expansion of the existing product portfolio for forensic / eDiscovery services.
• In addition, you take over the documentation of IT systems and support coordination with internal stakeholders for the procurement of new products (Legal, Risk, Data Protection, Purchasing, IT Change Management, IT Service Management, Business Services).
• You support the forensic team with proposal and project pitches, record requirements for IT challenges, and conduct training for the forensic team.

Ihr Profil

• You have completed a degree in computer science or business informatics.
• You have at least 2 years of professional experience.
• Ideally, you have already gained insights into the eDiscovery product market and a basic understanding of IT forensic work.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation knowledge (SQL, Python, PowerShell) is a prerequisite.
• You have advanced SQL knowledge and knowledge in the area of MS SQL Server Architecture / Clustering.
• You have basic knowledge of Windows IIS and Windows Server basics / Linux+ and ideally a good understanding of cloud technologies / Azure.
• Your German and English skills are very good (at least B2 level).
• Analytical thinking and a problem-solving skillset round off your qualifications.
