System Integration Analyst (Dell Boomi)

Teknohire, Inc. is seeking a System Integration Analyst with Dell Boomi expertise for a contract-to-hire position in Woodbridge, VA.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage the Dell Boomi platform.
• Troubleshoot integration issues.
• Create and enhance integration processes.
• Ensure system uptime, including after-hours support for critical integrations.
• Work with various systems including financial, customer, CMMS, asset management, GIS, ERP, SCADA, and cloud/SaaS applications.
• Connect these systems and automate data flows using Dell Boomi.
• Approximately 60% operations work maintaining existing integrations and 40% supporting new projects.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Dell Boomi.
• Ability to learn other enterprise systems and business workflows.
• Dell Boomi certifications are preferred.

Work Schedule and Location

• Hybrid work schedule: ideally 3 days a week in the office, 2 days remote.
• Must be local to the DMV area.
• Office location is at the plant.
• Remote-only work is not permitted.

Team Interaction

• Primarily interact with the data management and IT teams (30-35 people).
• Typically communicate with 2-5 stakeholders daily.
• Will be the sole in-house Dell Boomi resource.

Contract Duration

• Contract expected to last at least six months, with potential extension up to twelve months.

Compensation

• Salary Range: $104,000 to $169,000 per year.

Interview Structure

• Two-round interview process:
  • Technical interview with the technical team.
  • Leadership interview focusing on personality, soft skills, and experience.

System Familiarity

• Familiarity with integrating systems such as financial, customer, CMMS, asset management, GIS, ERP, SCADA, and cloud/SaaS applications.
• Experience with both common industry platforms (e.g., GIS, Fusion) and water utility-specific systems (e.g., SCADA, Cityworks).
