System & Process Engineer (M/F)

About

We are supporting the French subsidiary of an Industrial Group (17,000 people), a leader in the manufacturing and marketing of complex technical polymer components (hydraulic applications and actuators for the Aeronautical sector) in the recruitment of a System & Process Engineer (M/F).

Role

In this key transversal role, you will be responsible for defining and maintaining processes supporting all engineering activities within the Aeronautical Division.

You will provide support to ensure reliable and efficient processes and strong system consistency across all aeronautical engineering activities (Design and Manufacturing).

In direct liaison with Engineering, Quality, Production, and IT, you will define and harmonize processes, ensuring compliance with the QMS.

You will align processes with IT systems (PLM, ERP, ...) and deploy them by providing daily user support.

Requirements

• Good communication skills.
• Experience in defining and harmonizing processes in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Experience in aligning these processes with IT systems (PLM, ERP,…).
• English is mandatory.
• The position requires some travel (mainly in Europe).
