About the role
Overview
As System Solution Engineer, you bridge customer needs and technical feasibility, crafting architecture narratives and enablement content to drive adoption. You translate system requirements into coherent solution concepts and collaborate with R&D to refine offerings. You produce collateral and engage with customers to move pilots toward measurable milestones. You operate at the intersection of engineering, marketing, and sales to push practical, scalable sensor solutions.

Requirements
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Microelectronics, or equivalent qualification
- 10+ years in systems engineering / applications / technical marketing in semiconductors (power management preferred; analog/mixed-signal relevant)
- Strong system thinking; ability to reason from customer architecture to solution narrative
- Comfortable with customer-facing technical discussions, escalation handling, and structured problem solving
- Proven experience producing technical documentation and enablement collateral used by Sales/FAEs/customers
- Experience working with R&D and understanding trade-offs (efficiency, noise, thermal, integration, cost, schedule)
- Excellent spoken and written English; basic understanding of German is a plus
