Primary Responsibilities

  • Analyze systems requirements, timelines, and allocate requirements to ensure successful project completion.
  • Define interfaces, conduct system testing and integration, and participate in quality assurance processes.
  • Engage in technical planning and system design, leading the development and integration efforts.
  • Influence the development of innovative solutions that align with strategic customer goals.
  • Recommend new technical solutions to enhance operations and improve project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other technical staff to optimize project results and outputs.
  • Utilize your technical expertise to tackle complex problems and develop innovative solutions through research and best practices integration.
  • Communicate effectively with leadership on significant matters, including new concepts and approaches.
  • Exhibit a proven ability to influence others by weighing alternatives and ensuring the best value approach to solutions.

Basic Qualifications

  • Excellent writing skills for both explanatory and procedural documentation aimed at diverse audiences.
  • Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Skilled in core scripting languages.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience; additional experience may substitute for the degree.
  • In-depth knowledge of core programming tools (e.g., Python), ServiceNow principles, algorithmic theories, and data analysis concepts applicable to multiple deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a non-prem environment.
  • Ability to navigate proprietary customer-developed systems.
  • Proficient in creating and presenting concepts and solutions using PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow modules, including Inventory, Procurement, Software Activation, and Report Generation.
  • Experience with data analysis and presentation tools such as PowerBI and Tableau.
