Your Role in Our Team

For CLAAS KGaA mbH at the Herzebrock-Clarholz site, we are looking for you as a System Administrator / Software Engineer (m/f/d) Diagnostic Systems

• Responsible administration and further development of the diagnostic infrastructure as part of the Aftersales Applications team; ensuring stable and secure server operation and supporting the implementation of new solutions for authentication and system access
• Operation and maintenance of diagnostic servers in test and production environments; ensuring availability
• Continuous optimization of the server infrastructure to increase performance and reliability
• Analysis and resolution of technical disruptions and errors in the server systems
• Implementation and management of authentication tokens for secure access to server resources
• Configuration and monitoring of firewalls to protect servers and networks in accordance with IT security guidelines
• Data management through maintenance of trace and backup files and implementation of best practices for data archiving
• Documentation of technical processes and maintenance of reporting to the team lead for aftersales applications

Why You Fit With Us

• Successfully completed studies in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable degree program (University of Applied Sciences/University)
• Sound knowledge in server administration (especially Linux and/or Windows server environments) as well as experience in firewall management and network security
• Basic knowledge in software development and scripting is an advantage
• Very good communication skills as well as fluent German and English
• High team spirit and problem-solving skills as well as an independent and structured way of working
• Strong analytical skills and a high sense of responsibility
• Willingness to continuously engage with new technologies
