Responsibilities

• Creation and collection of evaluations, reports, and documents
• Evaluation of data in the SGB II area regarding fill rates, plausibility, and data quality
• Provision of integration, customer, and community data and based on this, key figures according to § 48a SGB II at the Jobcenter, department, and team level, for internal monitoring of target achievement, in accordance with the criteria of the Federal Employment Agency
• Address-appropriate preparation in the form of documents, reports, tables, and graphics
• Creation and transmission of statistical reports
• System support for the OPEN/Prosoz application
• Parameter maintenance
• User administration
• Template management
• Execution of payment runs, etc.
• Digitization of forms and documents for preparation for online use
• Participation in various working groups and projects

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge in the relevant IT application areas, e.g. OPEN/Prosoz, is desirable
• Good IT skills (Excel, Word, Open Prosoz, MS Access, etc.)
• Administrative knowledge, preferably in SGB
• High willingness to familiarize yourself with new areas of responsibility
• High team spirit and independent working style
• Decision-making ability, resilience, and flexibility
• Enjoyment of working with people
• Experience in project management & moderation skills
