WHAT YOU WILL DO

• In collaboration with product development, you will create innovative vehicle concepts for our FLIRT and KISS platforms, which you will significantly shape.
• The technical support and further development of our electrical systems – including power supply, control, and monitoring technology – are your responsibility.
• You will actively participate in product strategies, technical specifications, and documentation with product management.
• Customer requirements will be captured, evaluated, and translated into suitable technical solutions by you.
• Together with the system managers, you will create generic platform descriptions that form a clear basis for future projects.

WHAT YOU BRING

• You have completed a degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable technical field and feel at home in the electrical domain.
• Ideally, you already have several years of experience in plant construction or railway vehicle construction – but even if your path hasn't been that long, you will convince us with commitment and willingness to learn.
• You enjoy analyzing complex topics, communicate clearly, and work in a structured manner without losing sight of the big picture.
• Self-responsibility and reliability are a matter of course for you – and you support your team with genuine helpfulness.
• Very good German and English skills enable you to communicate effectively in an international environment.
