Position Overview
The Systems Analyst- Application System will assist in the implementation, administration, and maintenance of application systems including the core system. Responsibilities include creating data files, managing databases, and assisting with report creation via SQL and Crystal.
Responsibilities
- Assist in implementation, administration, and maintenance of application systems.
- Create data files and assist with database management.
- Assist with creation, modification, and refreshing of reports using SQL and Crystal.
- Manage hardware and software related to Corelation Keystone, FICS suite, MeridianLink LoansPQ & XpressAccounts, ApplicationXtender, Bankjoy, and Alogent solutions.
- Diagnose, research, and resolve information system issues; liaise with vendors and staff.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing within Keystone and FICS, including daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual schedules.
- Maintain automation software used for processing tasks.
- Coordinate implementation of service packs, updates, and patches.
- Update and maintain user documentation for information systems.
- Monitor database backups and maintain data integrity.
- Ensure member-facing systems like Online Banking and FICS eStatus are functioning properly.
- Coordinate with vendors and business units to resolve issues and implement changes.
- Implement new information systems and interfaces.
- Review and correct user access privileges.
- Provide cross training for IT staff and coordinate Help Desk training.
- Perform other duties as assigned by IT leadership.
- Comply with all annual mandated training requirements relevant to the position.
Requirements
- One to three years of similar or related experience.
- Possess a two-year college degree, specialized certification or licensing, vendor training, or apprenticeship skills.
- Experience in project management and managing detailed projects in a team environment.
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure planning and development.
- Proven experience overseeing design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions.
- Proven experience in policy development, contract analysis, contract management, and vendor relations.
- Ability to handle confidential discussions with diplomacy and tact.
