System Analyst (Payments, Investor Services & Trading)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced System Analyst to support critical initiatives across Payments, Investor Services & Trading, Pricing & Billing, and Liquidity Management. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and technical solutions, ensuring efficient system design, integration, and delivery within financial services environments.

Key Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements. • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. • Work closely with stakeholders across Payments, Trading, and Liquidity Management domains. • Support system design, integration, and implementation activities. • Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure solution alignment. • Perform impact analysis and support change management processes. • Ensure data integrity, system performance, and compliance with financial regulations. • Participate in testing (SIT/UAT) and production support.

Required Experience • Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a System Analyst or similar role. • Proven experience in at least two or more of the following domains: • Payments (e.g., EFT, SWIFT, RTGS) • Investor Services • Trading Systems • Pricing & Billing • Liquidity Management • Experience within banking or financial services environments is essential.

Technical Skills • Strong knowledge of system analysis methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). • Experience with API integrations, microservices, and system interfaces. • Understanding of data models, SQL, and data analysis. • Familiarity with financial systems and transaction processing platforms. • Experience with tools such as: • JIRA / Confluence • SQL / Databases • API tools (Postman, Swagger)
