ABOUT THE ROLE
This 12-month contract position supports the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and Business Analytics team. You will focus on delivering detailed business and customer analysis while maintaining and optimizing sales systems to drive efficiency and best practices across various accounts.
MAIN DUTIES
The candidate will be responsible for technical system maintenance and providing actionable insights:
- System Optimization: Maintain and optimize sales systems, including functionalities for customer management, tour planning, promotion planning, listing maintenance, shelf audits, and reporting.
- User Support & Training: Provide support and training to enable effective use of sales systems and assist users with technical problems in cooperation with IT service providers.
- Process Automation: Drive continuous improvement of existing software and lead the automation of new business processes.

- Contract Duration: This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
- Travel Requirements: Limited travel may be required for this role.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must demonstrate a blend of technical proficiency and business acumen:
- Professional Experience: Relevant experience in both IT and sales environments with a strong understanding of sales processes and systems.
- Technical Proficiencies: Expertise in MS Excel is essential; knowledge of Power BI, SAP Opal, and SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) systems is highly advantageous.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, facilitation skills for system demonstrations, and a team-oriented mindset.
