Functieomschrijving

• Standardization of controls of logistics systems and machine interfaces
• Facilitate implementation of standards across the company and support development teams
• Identify requirements and create roadmaps in cooperation with international teams
• Delegate tasks to engineering partners within the company

Vereisten

• Electrical Engineer MSc.
• Good understanding of industrial automation and insights in Systems Engineering and/or Modularization
• Ability to facilitate collaboration between teams and strong sense for structured work methods
• Initiative & drive for continuous improvement
• Strong decision making-, planning- and organizing- skills
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management in a matrix organization
• Ability to deliver results and meet customers' expectations
