Position Description

PingWind is seeking a Systems Architect responsible for supporting Tier 2 operations by analyzing, documenting, and advising on system and solution architectures to enable effective resolution of complex operational issues and sustained system performance.

Responsibilities

  • Support Tier 2 operations by analyzing system architectures, dependencies, and interfaces to assist with resolution of escalated incident and recurring issues.
  • Assist with documentation of current‑state and proposed architectural views to support troubleshooting, impact analysis, and operational decision‑making.
  • Support root cause analysis effort by assessing architectural factors contributing to system performance, reliability, or integration issues.
  • Collaborates with Tier 2 Support Leads, systems engineers, and technical teams to recommend architecture‑aligned solutions and corrective actions.
  • Assist with maintaining architectural artifact and technical documentation to support operational continuity and knowledge sharing.
