Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and system requirements
• Analyse processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Work with stakeholders, developers, and project teams
• Translate business needs into technical specifications
• Support testing, implementation, and system changes

Job Experience & Skills Required / Ideal Candidate Profile

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Analysis, Computer Science, or a related field (essential)
• Relevant certifications (e.g. Business Analysis certifications) are advantageous

Experience

• 3–8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst
• Proven experience working on system implementations or enhancements
• Experience gathering requirements and working with stakeholders
• Exposure to Agile or Waterfall environments

Skills

• Strong requirement gathering and documentation skills
• Understanding of systems, processes, and data analysis
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
• Basic SQL or technical understanding is advantageous
