Your Tasks

• 2nd and 3rd level remote support of storage infrastructures and virtualization environments
• Troubleshooting and operation of virtualization and server environments
• Supporting our customers with complex issues
• Performing configuration and design changes
• Escalation management towards manufacturers and customers

Your Profile

• Excellent know-how in the operation and troubleshooting of data center solutions
• Good knowledge and certifications in at least one of the following technology areas: Virtualization (VMware), Backup (CommVault, Veeam), Storage (NetApp or DELL), Cisco Server and Data Center Network technologies
• Very good German and good English skills
• High willingness to communicate within the team and with customers
