As a Systems Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in the design, implementation, and management of complex systems and solutions that drive innovation, safety, and efficiency across various industries. In this role, you will impact the development and implementation of advanced systems, including hardware, software, and network components. You will ensure that the system design aligns with Honeywell's quality standards and industry best practices. You will be responsible for maintaining in-depth knowledge of relevant technologies and industry trends that you will apply to address complex engineering challenges and provide solutions that meet or exceed the required technical standards for your customers.

Location: This position is available in multiple locations across the United States. The exact worksite location will be selected based on business requirements and the candidate's relevant experience and qualifications.

The annual base salary range for this position is $68,000/yr - $126,500/yr. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and development of advanced systems, including hardware, software, and network components
• Provide successful execution of complex engineering projects
• Implement and enforce security measures and compliance standards to safeguard systems and data
• Lead the deployment and configuration of systems, ensuring they are installed correctly, tested rigorously, and perform optimally
• Provide technical leadership in identifying and resolving system issues, minimizing downtime, and ensuring systems remain operational
• Identify opportunities for process and system improvements, implement enhancements, and contribute to the optimization of operation

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university in Systems Engineering or similar field.
• Must have graduated or graduating from an accredited college or university between August 2025 and May 2026 and be available to begin full-time work between September 2025 - July 2026
• Must have obtained degree within 12 months of the start date
• Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status
• Honeywell is currently unable to consider applicants who would require current or future sponsorship for employment authorization for this position. Candidates must be authorized to legally work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements
