Systems Integration Engineer (Operations & MarTech Stack)

Objective

Architect, deploy, and maintain a high-volume data pipeline and unified communications infrastructure. This is a technical role focused on system uptime, API integrity, and automated workflow logic.

Technical Stack

• Integration: Zapier (Advanced: Webhooks, Python/JS code blocks, nested loops).
• Communication: RingCentral Admin (IVR logic, SIP registration, hardware provisioning).
• Data Flow: REST APIs, Google/Meta conversion tracking (GCLID/FBCLID), and Webhooks.
• Front-End: Custom JS/CSS injection into CMS platforms (Squarespace/Unbounce).
• Infrastructure: DNS management, CNAME records, and SSL certification.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end data transmission from external lead sources to internal databases.
• Troubleshoot hardware-to-cloud registration and firmware for IP telephony.
• Audit system logs to ensure 100% data fidelity across the stack.
• Build and maintain "fail-safe" logic for multi-step automation workflows.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or Engineering.
• Demonstrated experience with API documentation and protocol bridging.
• Ability to work on-site in NYC to manage physical hardware and local network logic.
