T018 – Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Specialist – Hybrid (local DMV candidates only)
Duties and Responsibilities
- A. Understand and document current business procedures and identify areas for improvement; provide hands‑on business process requirements analysis in support of Oracle Cloud ERP and related applications.
- B. In collaboration with internal departments and external resources, plan, design and implement financial systems solutions. A thorough understanding of the current state of the organization is necessary before recommending changes related to implementing a new business solution.
- C. Under general supervision, formulate and define system scope and objectives through research.
- D. Responsible for the knowledge transfer of business requirements to the application developers.
- E. Able to make cogent arguments recommending a course of action.
- F. Scour through enormous amounts of information in the business area supported to find the salient points.
- G. Identify and address new business patterns and changes in the business process.
- H. Understand standard ideas and methods for requirements gathering and translate business needs into IT requirements and functional design specifications.
- I. Create trust between Business and IT teams.
- J. Assist in identifying and implementing various software solutions.
- K. Provide application support for business users.
- L. Write conversion, interface, reports and extension functional design specifications.
- M. Support data cleanup, data conversion and reconciliation activities.

Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Finance, Business, Accounting or related field
- Equivalent combination of education and successful work experience (12 years)
- CPA certification preferred
