About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding support)
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial HR screening calls
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure a smooth candidate experience
- Meet hiring timelines and defined recruitment targets
- Maintain candidate databases and tracking reports
- Source candidates through job portals, Linked In, and other platforms
Who Should Apply
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, or related field (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable using MS Excel, MS Word, and online tools
- Must have a personal laptop/computer and stable internet connection
- Self-driven and comfortable working remotely
