TA Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding support)
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Conduct initial HR screening calls
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure a smooth candidate experience
• Meet hiring timelines and defined recruitment targets
• Maintain candidate databases and tracking reports
• Source candidates through job portals, Linked In, and other platforms

Who Should Apply

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, or related field (preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Comfortable using MS Excel, MS Word, and online tools
• Must have a personal laptop/computer and stable internet connection
• Self-driven and comfortable working remotely
