Role
We are looking for a TA Specialist for 9 months to strengthen our Talent Acquisition team at Zurich Airport.
Responsibilities
As a TA Specialist (temporary), you will take on the following tasks:
- Responsibility for the entire recruitment process within the SR Technics Group, focusing on operational and technical profiles
- Close collaboration with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and the entire HR team
- Active sourcing through various channels, as well as proactive planning and execution of interviews
- Ensuring transparent communication and coordination of all stakeholders in the selection process
- Maintaining and updating candidate data in the ATS (Rexx) and supporting reporting
- Contributing to the group-wide Talent Acquisition team with locations in Belgrade and Switzerland
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience, actively contributing to employer branding and recruiting projects, and continuously improving recruitment processes
Your Profile
- University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of practical experience in recruiting or sourcing, ideally in an industrial, technical, or production-related environment
- Proven experience in active sourcing (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, direct approach) and with ATS systems like Rexx; SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to independently manage multiple vacancies and priorities
- Structured, proactive, and reliable way of working with professional handling of confidential information
- Team-oriented, communicative personality with motivation for continuous improvement of recruiting processes and collaboration
- Very good German and English skills (at least B2); daily communication and interviews take place in English and German
