After more than 30 years building a specialized scientific instrumentation business, the founder of Signal Processing SA is preparing its long-term transmission.

We are looking for a senior engineer or scientist willing to progressively take over this unique activity.

This is not a standard job. It is an opportunity to acquire and develop an established high-tech activity, with an existing international client base.

What you will take over

• Proven scientific instrumentation technology
• Long-standing relationships with research laboratories
• Strong reputation and niche positioning
• Advanced measurement systems for liquid media (flow, profiling, velocity), including ultrasonic-based techniques

Your role

• Progressive transfer of know-how from the founder
• Increasing responsibility toward clients and partners
• Evolution toward full ownership of the activity

Profile

• PhD or equivalent experience in Physics / Electronics
• 10+ years experience in scientific instrumentation or experimental systems
• Entrepreneurial mindset and desire for autonomy
• Hands-on, practical approach

Transition

A structured transition period will ensure full transfer of know-how and relationships. The transition and ownership structure will be discussed depending on the candidate’s profile and expectations.
