Talent Acquisition Advisor / Recruiter (Sales Focus)

Overview

TalentFish is casting a line for a Talent Acquisition Advisor / Recruiter to support a high-performing organization’s Sales hiring function. This role will own full-cycle recruiting for Sales positions and serve as a strategic partner to hiring leaders up through the Director level.

What You Bring (Ideal Experience)

• 1–4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with direct Sales recruiting required
• Prior agency recruiting experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and shifting priorities
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, and direct outreach
• Experience partnering with hiring managers through the Director level
• Solid understanding of employment laws and interview best practices
• Experience working within an ATS (Oracle HCM or similar preferred)
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)

What You’ll Do

• Own full lifecycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff
• Partner with Sales leaders to define hiring needs, success profiles, and priorities
• Develop recruiting strategies aligned to current market conditions
• Screen and assess candidates for sales competencies and overall fit
• Proactively source top talent while collaborating with sourcing partners
• Effectively present the company’s value proposition and opportunity to candidates
• Advise hiring leaders on market trends, candidate quality, and hiring trade-offs
• Coordinate interview process and support pre-employment steps with HR Shared Services
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity in Oracle HCM
• Support offer development and candidate closing efforts
• Share insights and ideas to continuously improve hiring outcomes

Compensation

The expected pay range for this position is $35 – $47/hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
