About MOD Education GmbH

MOD Education GmbH (Masters of Digital) is an AZAV-certified training provider focusing on digital further education. Our courses are aimed at individuals who are currently unemployed and wish to sustainably improve their chances in the job market. Through a training voucher from the Federal Employment Agency or the Jobcenter, participants can attend our further training courses free of charge – provided they meet the individual requirements.

In our practice-oriented programs, experienced instructors impart current knowledge in the fields of digital marketing, HR, and other future-oriented areas. The goal is to specifically prepare participants for their professional restart in the digital environment – with real tools, realistic tasks, and individual support.

What to Expect

Training Focus Areas

• You will learn to specifically use and professionally configure modern recruiting technologies and AI tools for IT recruiting processes.
• You will work with digital applicant management systems and develop data-based strategies to identify and successfully approach suitable IT professionals.
• You will understand how algorithmic decisions are made in recruiting and use specialized methods to find and hire tech talent more efficiently.

Are you registered as unemployed, have a good feel for language, and want to further your education? This course offers you the perfect foundation!

Personal Requirements

• German language skills at least at B2 level
• Interest in digital content
• Willingness to learn, analytical thinking, and confidence in writing
• Registered as unemployed for funding through the training voucher

• Basic PC or tablet knowledge
• Your own laptop, PC, or tablet/iPad
• Stable internet connection
• A quiet and suitable home office environment
