About MOD Education

MOD Education GmbH (MOD Education) is an AZAV-certified training provider specializing in digital further education. Our courses are aimed at people who are currently unemployed and want to sustainably improve their chances in the job market. Through a training voucher from the Federal Employment Agency or the Jobcenter, participants can attend our further training courses free of charge - provided they meet the individual requirements.

• You will learn to use modern recruiting technologies and AI tools specifically for IT recruiting processes and to configure them professionally.
• You will work with digital applicant management systems and develop data-based strategies to identify and successfully approach suitable IT specialists.
• You will understand how algorithmic decisions are made in recruiting and use specialized methods to find and hire tech talent more efficiently.

• Willingness to learn, analytical thinking, and confidence in writing
• Registered as unemployed for funding through the training voucher
