About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Assistant with a strong background in high-volume recruitment to join our team on a fixed-term basis. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our talent acquisition efforts, ensuring we meet staffing needs for large-scale hiring projects within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring initiatives, from job posting to onboarding.
• Source and screen candidates through various platforms, job fairs, and referral programs.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and job offers efficiently.
• Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment reports.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and timelines.
• Assist in employer branding activities and recruitment campaigns.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in mass hiring or high-volume recruitment (preferably 1–2 years or more).
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing tools, and applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila (on-site).
