About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will have the unique opportunity to play an integral part in handling recruiting activities and building candidate relationships. This role is designed for a motivated individual looking to start their career in HR and contribute to the scale-up of a fast‑growing business.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to‑end recruitment process, from identifying top talent to assisting with hiring decisions.
- Research and develop diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct video, phone, and in‑person interviews.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
- Handle recruiting and scheduling processes with Hiring Managers and candidates.
- Work closely with the marketing team to creatively market our brand in Montreal and Canada through events, university presentations, and social media (Adapted from ).
Requirements
- Education: Undergraduate degree or higher with solid academic performance.
- Experience: Recent graduate to 2 years of work experience. Prior exposure to recruitment, HR, or sales is a plus, but not required (Adapted from ).
