About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruitment team and ensure seamless hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers. In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating interviews, managing recruitment systems, supporting campus recruitment initiatives, and helping strengthen our employer brand.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with resume screening and candidate shortlisting
- Conduct phone screens and schedule interviews
- Manage job postings across job boards, career sites, and social platforms
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Prepare interview materials and coordinate logistics for hiring managers
- Support recruitment reporting and metrics tracking
- Ensure positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Assist with onboarding for new hires
Campus Recruitment
- Support campus recruitment initiatives including career fairs, information sessions, and student engagement events
- Coordinate logistics for campus events and maintain relationships with colleges and universities
- Assist in building early talent pipelines including internships, co-op programs, and new graduate hiring
- Track campus recruiting activity and candidate pipelines
Employer Branding
- Support employer branding initiatives that promote the organization as an employer of choice
- Partner with HR and marketing teams to create and share recruitment content across social media and career platforms
- Assist with maintaining and updating the company careers page and recruitment marketing materials
- Help promote recruitment campaigns to attract top talent
Qualifications & Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment coordination or HR
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Construction industry experience is an asset
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with ATS is an asset
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
