This position requires you to be in the office in Montréal three days a week!
We’re looking for aTalent Acquisition Coordinator intern to play a central role in the success of our campus hiring and internship programs, while also providing flexible support across broader Talent Acquisition initiatives. Requirements
To be considered for this internship, you must:

- Be able to work 37,5 hours/week for 4 months starting June 2026
- Be eligible to work FULL TIME in Canada, in Québec at the time of your application

In this role you will :
- Provide key coordination and administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, with a strong focus on powering our Campus program.
- Support interview scheduling and candidate logistics throughout the recruitment process.
- Write job postings and assist with their distribution across our recruitment platform and Linkedin.
- Contribute to the preparation of Talent Acquisition presentations and internal materials.
- Welcome candidates onsite and support studio visits when required.
- Support recruitment events, employer branding activities, and intern onboarding initiatives.
What we're looking for :
- Experience in recruitment coordination, campus recruitment, HR, or event planning.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable interacting with candidates and internal teams.
- Ability to follow processes and support multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Professional proficiency in French and English.
- Strong interest in the video game industry and creative environments.
