Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the recruiting team by managing candidate scheduling, maintaining recruiting data, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Role Objectives

  • Coordinate each stage of the candidate experience, including interview scheduling, follow-up notifications, offer package creation/distribution, and aspects of the pre-employment process.
  • Provide exceptional support to candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • Serve as the point of contact for candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and external agencies regarding interview scheduling and offer packages.
  • Draft offer letters in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain recruiting system data integrity, including internet and social media recruitment activities.
  • Track and maintain interview scheduling details using Excel trackers.
  • Support recruiting and HR-related projects on an ad hoc basis.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 0–1 year of experience in a corporate environment (full-time or internship experience accepted).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and cultural awareness.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, problem-solve, and stay organized in a high-volume environment.
  • Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, honesty, and discretion.
  • Strong project planning and execution skills.
  • Ability to understand and represent the employer brand to prospective candidates.
  • Capability to build strong relationships with HR Business Partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruiting systems is a plus.
