Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment for early career positions
- Foster connections with educational institutions and student bodies
- Organize campus recruitment events and workshops
- Manage communications with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Analyze recruitment outcomes and recommend improvements
Requirements
- 2+ years in recruitment or HR fields
- High-volume recruiting experience preferred
- Excellent organizational skills in balancing priorities
- Proficient with ATS and sourcing tools
- Bilingual in English and French
