Talent Acquisition Executive / HR Recruiter

• Manage complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding

• Close open positions within defined timelines (TAT)

• Source quality candidates through multiple hiring channels

• Screen and shortlist candidates as per role requirements

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers

• Drive offer discussion, follow-ups, and ensure candidate joining

• Maintain strong pipeline for ongoing hiring needs

• Achieve monthly hiring targets and improve closure ratio

• Track recruitment data and maintain updated MIS reports

• Ensure smooth hiring experience for candidates and stakeholders

• Collaborate with internal teams for hiring priorities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
