Talent Acquisitions Interviewer (Contract)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structured and behavioral interviews for various roles
• Evaluate candidates based on competencies and role requirements
• Document interview findings and provide actionable feedback

Qualifications

• Prior experience as an independent contractor interviewing for senior-level roles
• Strong proficiency with technology and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• High School Diploma or GED plus six years of relevant experience or three years of professional interviewing experience
• Knowledge of behavioral and competency-based interviewing techniques
• Familiarity with employment laws and compliant interviewing practices
