Fortem Cement Corporation is looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to take full ownership of the end-to-end hiring process—from sourcing to onboarding. This role is accountable for delivering quality hires within target timelines, maintaining a high passing rate for endorsed candidates, and ensuring a strong, consistent hiring experience across all critical roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviews, offer, and onboarding
• Deliver hires within defined timelines while maintaining quality of candidates
• Conduct initial interviews for all critical roles and ensure strong candidate assessment
• Maintain high passing rate for endorsed candidates through effective screening and calibration
• Partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements and hiring decisions
• Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline across priority roles
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
• Track and report hiring metrics (time-to-fill, pass rates, pipeline health)
• Continuously improve hiring processes, tools, and sourcing strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment (volume and critical roles)
• Strong track record of meeting hiring timelines and delivering quality hires
• Experience conducting structured interviews and candidate assessments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Data-driven with the ability to track and improve hiring metrics
• Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented
