Compensation: ₹10–14 LPA (depending on experience)
Role Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition professional with strong expertise in Direct Sourcing, LinkedIn Recruitment, and Sales Hiring to strengthen our internal hiring capability.
As the company continues to grow and expand hiring across multiple functions, this role will focus on building strong candidate pipelines, driving direct sourcing through job portals and LinkedIn, and ensuring disciplined follow-ups to achieve timely hiring closures.
The position will play an important role in strengthening the company’s internal recruitment engine and reducing dependency on recruitment consultants.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
Drive Strong Direct Sourcing Across Platforms Including
• Naukri • LinkedIn • Indeed
Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines for current and upcoming hiring needs.
Identify passive candidates through database search, networking, and targeted outreach.
Reduce dependence on recruitment consultants through strong internal sourcing capability.
Recruitment Management
Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions including inside sales, field sales, and corporate roles.
Conduct structured screening calls and shortlist relevant candidates.
Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback from hiring managers.
Maintain disciplined follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers to drive faster closures.
Support offer discussions and candidate negotiations where required.
Candidate Engagement & Onboarding
Maintain strong engagement with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Ensure seamless communication between offer acceptance and joining.
Support onboarding coordination and documentation.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Recruitment MIS & Process Discipline
Maintain accurate recruitment data and candidate records in the ATS such as Keka HR.
Track hiring metrics including pipeline conversion, closure timelines, and source effectiveness.
Prepare weekly recruitment updates and hiring dashboards.
Recommend improvements to strengthen recruitment processes and increase hiring efficiency.

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
Experience hiring inside sales, field sales, or business development roles preferred.
Experience hiring for manufacturing, trading, or distribution organizations will be an advantage.
Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and structured hiring processes.
