A leading recruitment consultancy based in George, Western Cape, ZA, is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead their recruitment efforts. This role is perfect for an individual with a deep understanding of the recruitment landscape, exceptional candidate sourcing skills, and a passion for building strong talent pipelines. You will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent for our diverse client base across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet the evolving needs of clients.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing methods, including networking, social media, and database utilization.
  • Partner closely with clients to understand their hiring requirements, company culture, and talent needs.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, cultural fit, and motivation.
  • Manage interview processes, providing guidance and feedback to both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Oversee the employer branding initiatives to attract high-caliber professionals.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Mentor and develop junior members of the recruitment team.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within a recruitment agency or consultancy environment.
  • Expertise in various sourcing techniques and recruitment technologies (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of talent market dynamics and compensation trends.
  • Exceptional interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Familiarity with South African labor market and employment laws.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
