Job Description

  • You are responsible for filling positions in the Go-to-Market area (Sales, Marketing, and Service) at approximately five of our locations in Germany – with a focus on efficient and high-quality hires.
  • You independently manage the entire recruiting process – from job posting to selection to contract signing, and remain the point of contact for your candidates until their start date.
  • You work closely with colleagues from Recruiting, Hiring Managers, People Partners, and the HR Operations Team – both on-site and remotely via MS Teams.
  • You proactively manage interview processes, coordinate appointments, gather feedback, and ensure a consistently positive candidate experience – even with a high volume of applications.
  • You regularly analyze your recruiting KPIs – e.g., Time-to-Hire or Conversion Rates – and derive concrete measures for process optimization.
  • You support active sourcing activities, develop creative search strategies, and target suitable talents through various channels.

Qualifications

  • You have experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or Recruiter in end-to-end recruiting.
  • You have already successfully filled positions in sales, marketing, or in high-volume recruiting processes.
  • You work in a structured, conscientious manner and have experience in maintaining and evaluating recruiting data.
  • You communicate clearly, reliably, and professionally – both with applicants and with internal contacts such as hiring managers and team colleagues.
  • You work goal-oriented and with a high degree of personal responsibility to achieve your monthly hiring targets.
  • You have a strong hands-on mentality and approach challenges proactively and solution-oriented.
