Responsibilities

WHAT YOU DO

• You identify and recruit top talent for all areas of our company, from social media managers and project managers to tech positions.
• You are responsible for the entire recruiting process: from job postings and screening applications to interviews and contract negotiations.
• You conduct competency-based interviews to ensure that candidates' skills and potential align with the requirements of the position.
• You actively build talent pools and maintain long-term relationships with potential candidates.
• You work closely with our executives and teams to understand the need for new talent and develop the best strategies for filling positions.
• You develop creative strategies to strengthen our employer brand and position Intermate as an attractive employer in the market.

Requirements

WHAT YOU NEED

• Initial professional experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally in a dynamic environment such as social media, digital marketing, or the agency world.
• You have a good feel for people and quickly recognize who fits our culture and the requirements of the respective position.
• You are a talent for organization and can keep track of multiple parallel projects.
• Creativity and initiative characterize you – you bring new ideas and find innovative ways to find and win the best talent.
• You communicate confidently in German and English.
