About This Role
This role focuses on supporting end-to-end overseas talent acquisition activities with a strong emphasis on cross-border hiring, stakeholder coordination, and international candidate engagement. The ideal candidate will manage full-cycle recruitment processes, conduct market-driven sourcing, and support strategic hiring initiatives across global talent markets. The role requires strong execution capability, structured thinking, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with stakeholders across multiple regions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment process coordination, including JD intake, job posting, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Execute direct sourcing strategies, including cold outreach, LinkedIn Recruiter search, and passive candidate engagement
- Support talent mapping initiatives across target markets, identifying niche and hard-to-fill talent pools
- Analyze recruitment metrics and hiring funnel data to generate actionable insights and improve hiring efficiency
- Manage communication with candidates, agencies, and hiring managers across multiple time zones
- Identify hiring risks early in the process and proactively escalate potential issues to stakeholders
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on hiring priorities and execution timelines
- Leverage recruitment tools and platforms to build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or related hiring functions; strong performers with demonstrated success in end-to-end hiring will also be considered
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills required to effectively collaborate with global stakeholders and business teams across regions
- Professional proficiency in Mandarin required to engage with stakeholders and candidates in China and support cross-border hiring coordination
- Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify and engage passive candidates
- Strong ability to manage multiple concurrent hiring pipelines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in building and maintaining talent pipelines for long-term workforce planning
- Ability to analyze talent market trends and structure insights on talent availability and competition
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across cross-functional teams
- High ownership mindset with the ability to deliver under tight deadlines and changing priorities
- Familiarity with global employment practices or multi-country hiring environments is a plus
- Demonstrated curiosity about international talent markets and willingness to adapt to diverse cultural contexts
