Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent globally, utilizing various channels such as online job boards, social media, networking events, and industry partnerships
- Proactively source, screen, and qualify candidates for technical and non‑technical roles across multiple disciplines, including robotics engineering, software development, computer vision, product management, and more
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding, by providing timely communication, valuable feedback, and personalized support
- Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs, define job requirements, and establish recruitment priorities aligned with business objectives
- Stay informed on industry trends and talent market dynamics to inform recruitment strategies, identify emerging skill sets, and make data‑driven decisions
- Continuously evaluate and optimize recruitment processes to streamline efficiency, improve candidate quality, and enhance the overall recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring teams
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a recruiter in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment, with a focus on technical recruitment
- Strong understanding of autonomous robotics, and related technologies
- 3+ years experience recruiting in Germany and a good understanding of the local tech talent landscape
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders in an international environment
- Demonstrated proficiency in sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, and recruitment tools
- Strategic mindset with a proactive and results‑oriented approach
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving startup environment
- Fluency in English required, German a nice to have
- EU citizenship required
