Talent Acquisition Partner

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across a variety of corporate marketing and creative roles
• Partner closely with Marketing leaders to understand talent needs, role requirements, and timelines
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for specialized creative talent
• Manage candidate pipelines, interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination
• Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Provide recruitment insights, market feedback, and status updates to stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or Corporate Recruiter
• Prior experience recruiting creative, marketing, or communications roles preferred
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management capabilities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to operate independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, corporate or agency environment
