What awaits you

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be the strategic sparring partner for our Hiring Managers in all matters related to recruiting and talent attraction. You will advise internal stakeholders and help them develop the right recruiting strategy to attract and hire the best talent for us. Your expertise will be highly valued here!

Your tasks:

  • Independent management of your recruiting portfolio and the entire recruitment process
  • Creating job ads, conducting interviews, and creating job offers
  • Ensuring an excellent candidate experience and active networking
  • Strategic employer branding, shaping our social media presence, and participating in job fairs and trade shows
  • Active sourcing on LinkedIn and other channels
  • Proactive development of Talent Acquisition at ELCA with your ideas and commitment

What you bring with you

  • Passion for recruiting and relevant professional experience, ideally in the IT & Tech sector
  • University degree or completed commercial apprenticeship with further education in Human Resources
  • Affinity for social media and enthusiasm for technology and IT
  • Commitment and enjoyment of market mapping, candidate outreach, and interview management
  • Organizational talent with strong social skills, reliability, team spirit, and an independent, pragmatic way of working
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
