For our client, an internationally active company with a strong focus on sustainability and modern working environments, we are looking for a dedicated personality in the field of Talent Acquisition. In this newly created role, you will take responsibility for the expansion and further development of recruiting in Switzerland and actively shape processes.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End responsibility for the recruiting process nationwide
• Consulting and supporting managers as a sparring partner at eye level
• Creation and publication of target-group-specific job advertisements
• Organization and execution of interviews (virtual and on-site)
• Active talent sourcing as well as building and maintaining a sustainable talent pool
• Ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience
• Participation in recruiting and HR projects for process optimization
• Partial assumption of operational HR support for a location

Profile

• Completed vocational training or degree (HF/FH), ideally with further HR or recruiting education
• Several years of experience in recruitment, preferably of commercial or academic profiles
• Very good German skills (C2) and good French skills (at least B2)
• Confident use of MS Office, experience with HR systems is an advantage
• Strong communication, persuasive, and empathetic personality
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• High sense of responsibility and enjoyment in shaping new structures
