Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, sourcing top talent for technology roles across Data Engineering and AI domains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer closure.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain strong candidate engagement and communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical technology roles.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
  • Maintain recruitment data and ensure proper documentation in the ATS system.

Required Skills

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in IT recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience hiring for Data Engineering, Agentic AI, AI/ML, and Integration roles.
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other job portals.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and fast-paced hiring environments.
