Immediate need for a talented Talent Acquisition Recruiter – Airline Operations Hiring. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Fort Worth, TX (Onsite).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for airport operational and corporate roles
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and other sourcing tools
• Conduct phone screenings and coordinate interviews
• Support and attend hiring events, including occasional travel
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS systems
• Track recruiting metrics, KPIs, SLAs, and hiring activity reports
• Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Collaborate with HR, TA leadership, vendors, and cross-functional teams

Key Requirements and Technology Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience with recruiting metrics, SLAs, and KPIs
• Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience with ATS systems such as SuccessFactors, Taleo, or iCIMS
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday in Fort Worth, TX
• Airline or aviation industry recruiting experience
• High-volume recruiting experience
• Experience supporting unionized environments
• Experience organizing hiring events

Preferred Background

• Candidates with recruiting experience in airlines, aviation, airport operations, transportation, logistics, or large enterprise environments are highly preferred.
