The Role
As a Recruiter within the Talent Acquisition team, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for shipboard retail roles, from attraction through to offer acceptance.
Operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, you will be responsible for sourcing, assessing and selecting high-quality candidates from global talent pools. Roles include Retail Sales Associates as well as specialist positions across luxury retail categories.
You will deliver a structured, consistent and high-quality selection process, using competency-based interviews, video assessments and scoring frameworks to ensure candidates are well-suited to the unique onboard environment.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role, with accountability for both candidate experience and hiring quality.
Key Responsibilities
You will be accountable for:
- Managing full-cycle recruitment from application through to offer and handover
- Screening applications against defined success profiles
- Conducting structured interviews (phone, video and group) using competency frameworks
- Evaluating candidates using scoring matrices to support objective hiring decisions
- Delivering a consistent, high-quality candidate experience
- Managing candidate pipelines and progression in the ATS (Talos)
- Sourcing candidates via job boards, databases and social platforms
- Creating and managing job adverts aligned to attraction strategy
- Communicating clearly with candidates and providing feedback where appropriate
- Collaborating with onboarding and scheduling teams for smooth handover
- Maintaining accurate recruitment reporting and pipeline data
- Supporting employer branding initiatives, job fairs and recruitment campaigns

Essential Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in recruitment or resourcing, ideally high-volume
- Experience recruiting for retail, hospitality or customer-facing roles (preferred)
- Strong structured interviewing and candidate assessment capability
- Ability to manage multiple roles and candidates simultaneously
- Confidence using Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment data
- Experience sourcing via LinkedIn, job boards and other channels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable facilitating group interviews or presenting to candidate groups
