Talent Acquisition Recruiter Details:

• Contract to Hire position
• $25.00 to $34.00 /hour
• First Shift (Sunday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

Job Details

• Manage high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for entry-level and frontline roles, including warehouse, light industrial, call center, and customer service positions
• Execute daily and weekly hiring goals with a strong focus on speed, volume, and class-fill recruiting
• Source, screen, and interview large candidate pipelines to ensure rapid movement through the hiring process
• Coordinate hiring events and new-hire classes, including scheduling, communication, and attendance tracking
• Partner closely with operations leaders and staffing agencies to meet real-time staffing needs
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) records and ensure compliance with hiring regulations

Talent Acquisition Recruiter Qualifications:

• Strong experience managing high applicant volume and moving candidates quickly through the hiring funnel
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems
• Ability to meet aggressive daily and weekly hiring goals in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain job requirements and next steps to candidates
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with minimal supervision
