Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Recruiter to attract, source, and hire top talent. The role involves managing the recruitment cycle, building strong candidate pipelines, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet organizational hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with stakeholders
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
  • Build and manage a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
  • Negotiate offers and follow up with candidates till onboarding

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 0–3 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

  • Experience using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Strong sourcing and headhunting skills
  • Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills
