About the role
We are seeking a Corporate Talent Acquisition – Senior Executive with strong sourcing expertise and prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred. The role focuses on proactive sourcing, building talent pipelines, and initial candidate screening for corporate hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities: • Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, and referrals • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs • Conduct initial screening and shortlisting of candidates as per job requirements • Engage with passive candidates and generate interest in relevant opportunities • Maintain sourcing MIS and candidate tracking reports • Ensure timely submission of quality profiles to recruitment teams • Support faster closures through effective sourcing strategies • Map talent across pharma and related industries
Requirements: • 3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a strong focus on sourcing • Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing tools • Strong exposure to passive hiring and headhunting • Good understanding of pharma roles and hiring requirements • Strong communication and candidate engagement skills
