About

We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our client's Talent Acquisition team. This role is critical in building strong candidate pipelines and partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to identify top talent across a variety of functions. The ideal candidate is passionate about talent research, market mapping, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead top-of-funnel sourcing efforts including talent mapping, sourcing, engaging, qualifying, and converting prospects into candidates
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners, hiring managers, and business leaders to conduct intake calls and understand hiring needs
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across multiple business functions
  • Manage candidate activity and documentation within Jobvite ATS
  • Deliver a positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams, representing the company externally
  • Support recruiting events, information sessions, interviews, and job fairs as needed
  • Track and maintain recruiting data, metrics, and sourcing activity
  • Stay informed on industry trends, including Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on talent acquisition projects and initiatives
  • Perform additional recruiting-related duties as needed

Required Experience

  • 4+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
  • Experience sourcing or recruiting across a variety of functions, such as:
    • Finance & Accounting – budgeting, reporting, payroll, audits
    • Human Resources (HR) – hiring, benefits, employee relations
    • Legal & Compliance – contracts, regulations, risk management
    • IT & Internal Systems – company tech infrastructure and support
    • Executive Leadership – CEO, CFO, and administrative support staff
    • Facilities & Operations Support – office management, administrative services
    • Construction – safety professionals, project managers, project engineers

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong sourcing and research skills, including Boolean search techniques
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (Jobvite preferred) and sourcing tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Passion for talent acquisition and delivering an exceptional candidate experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience sourcing for technical or niche roles
  • Familiarity with diversity sourcing strategies
  • Knowledge of labor market trends and talent intelligence tools

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED required
